Replaces stock assembly to prevent part-throttle downshifts from fourth to third gear from occurring until approximately 85% throttle has been applied where as most OEM setups will force a part-throttle downshift around 50% throttle opening. You can also restore proper downshift performance by replacing a worn, stock assembly with this kit.Note: This does not fit 4L60E or 2004R transmissions.
