Technical Representative

Job Description:

Primary function is to answer incoming calls and provide product recommendations and troubleshoot with potential and current customers. Must be able to work in a fast paced enviroment. Benefits for full-time employees include medical insurance and paid vacations/holidays.

Basic Minimum Requirements/Skills:

• Pleasant, friendly, professional business work ethic, good work and communication skills, both verbal and written including basic computers knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express)
• Basic mechanical, automotive related experience aptitude and/or skills
• Full-time position with Core Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday. Weekend work providing sales/technical support at various trade/race events around the country (travel by automobile and airplane) both during the week and weekends when necessary
• Minimum of a H.S. Diploma and a good driving record required, drag race experience or performance car mechanical experience a plus
